Our biggest project to date was a full scaled reservation system for West Trek’s internal staff, the many 3rd party agents within Vancouver, and their customers to book their custom tours and pay online.
The system involved a thorough analysis of their business and requirements in order to create the system that would ultimately save the company thousands of man hours.
The features include: Online credit card payment, tiered password protected access, searching & filtering & sorting on all booking and passenger records, custom options + adjustable pricing on each product, ability to export itineraries straight to excel, and much more.
