The advantage of having web systems is that you can utilize them with Firefox, Internet Explorer, or other web browser. We can house the technology for you so there is no need to buy any new equipment or software.

Generally, the step by step process looks like this:

1. You give us a description of your business and what you are looking for (general or specific)
2. We work with you to come up with a list of features and solutions
3. We sign a basic agreement to get started with a clear understanding of what will be delivered with a timeline. 1/3 of payment is due
4. We work on a prototype with your input throughout the process, you can also choose to not be involved.
5. We create a final prototype for you to interactive with. Second 1/3 of payment is due.
6. We fix any issues and incorporate any final changes
7. Remaining 1/3 of payment is due. Clear out any test data then we go live with you site!

We will provide some type of training and/or documentation with our systems to ensure you know how to use them properly. However, if you experience problems or errors, we will gladly fix the issues free of charge.

If you need updating or any new features, you can contact us for a free quote for the work.

With most quotes, we will present you with a onetime payment price or a monthly fee. Instead of paying fully for a system upfront, you can pay us the monthly fee to use the system. The best way to think about it is a rental fee. This is ideal for businesses that don’t need to own the system and want to minimize their initial costs.

Another benefit to the monthly plan is that these customers are eligible for free upgrades and updates to certain parts of their system. Details will be included in your monthly newsletter once you are a customer.
